After almost twelve months of procrastinating, I’ve started to migrate all my data off my nearly seven year old dedicated server to a VPS with the good folks at Slicehost.

I’ve had this hardware (AMD Athlon XP 2000+) since late 2002 and it’s hosted a number of reasonable traffic websites for years. Now I’ve ditched the hosting (except for two good friends), it’s time to save some money.

I’ll have to hold a midnight vigil for the old box or something..
